According to sources, more than 33,000 40/60, 20/80 and 10/90 condominium units will be transferred to home owners on March 08, 2015 in the presence of P.M HailerMariam Desalegn. The sources disclosed that the construction of these condominium units have been completed and the key will be delivered to the home owners in less than 1 month. MoUDHC Claims Bypassing GTP Targets in Addis Ababa Condominium Housing Construction

With over 70,000 houses yet to be completed, the Ministry of Urban Development, Housing & Construction (MoUDHC) says that it is ready to begin the construction of 65,000 additional ones on 800ha of land that has been availed in Addis Abeba.
