Addis Ababa city administration will give keys to 2nd round 40/60 condominium winners. 40/60 condominium winners can can take their keys from the city administration starting from Yekatit 29, 2013 (March 08, 2021) for site that have shown good construction progress. The sites and number of blocks of the 40/60 condominium which will be given to winners is as follows

- Ayat 1 – site 1 (14 blocks)
- Ayat 1 – site 2 (38 blocks)
- Ayat 1 – site 3 (41 blocks)
- Ayat 1 – site 4 (36 blocks)
- Summit (8 blocks)
- Bole Bulbula Lot 1 (27 blocks)
- Bole Bulbula Lot 2 (13 blocks)
