Steps

  1. Go to Setup -> WLAN -> Basic
  2. Click on Show Active Clients Button
  3. Copy the full mac address of the device you want to block
  4. Go to Setup -> WLAN -> Access Control List
  5. Change the Wireless Access Control Mode setting to Deny Listed and click on Apply Changes. The router will restart.
  6. Paste the mac address you copied in step 3 on notepad and remove all the colons (:). For example, if the address you copied was a1:b2:c3:d4:e5;f6 remove the colons and change it to a1b2c3d4e5f6.
  7. Copy and paste the mac address without colons and click on Add button next to it. The router will restart
  8. If you have successfully finished the above steps, unwanted users with the specified mac address will not be able to connect to your wifi
