According to some reports, 3rd round 40/60 condominium Lottery Ceremony will be held tomorrow (July 07, 2022). It is also reported that 20/80 Condominium lottery ceremony will be held on the same date as well.

Usually, condominium ceremonies are announced in advance of few days, weeks or even months. The current condominium lottery announcement came unexpectedly and in a time where most people have given up, especially for the 40/60 scheme.

There are still many home owners who have not received their keys from the 2nd round 40/60 condominium lottery.

There is a huge supply and demand difference in the housing market in Addis Ababa.
